Key Features

C.B. Tremaine's Home

The magnificent white estate located at the corner of Dorian Road and Westfield Avenue was the former residence of Stoneleigh Park co-founder C.B. Tremaine. It is the only home that is not located within the park, although its address used to be 1 Stoneleigh Park. However, the brick posts that mark the entrance to the home's driveway reflect the ones located at the entrance to the community.

Downtown Westfield

Though Stoneleigh Park feels like a community secluded from the heart of Westfield, it is actually just a mile from the upscale shops and restaurants downtown. Stoneleigh Park residents are within easy reach of the post office, train station, banks, the Rialto cinema, dozens of casual eateries and fine dining establishments, and several boutiques. Living in this Westfield section places you minutes from the picturesque downtown.
